From the Things You Didn’t Have to Tell Me Department: we have the highest car insurance rates in the country. I suspect it has something to do with NJ being the most densely populated state, but really, those PA drivers are way more dangerous. The majority of them have yet to discover this newfangled device called a turn signal.
