Selecting them all via ⌘A.
Opening them in Preview via ⌘↓.

Android now supports the creation of native apps in C++. Apple may never allow this for iOS, but there it’s Apple’s way or the high way any way.
Umm. You can program iOS apps in C++ just fine….
